- Monthly Services (Ads, SEO, GMB): Refunds for monthly services are considered if a request is made within 7 days of the service start date and if there has been no major work completed.
- Website Building (One-Time Fee): Due to the customized nature of website development, refunds are not generally provided once work has started. However, if you’re unsatisfied with the initial design, please reach out, and I will work with you to make adjustments within the project scope.
- SEO Services (One-Time Fee): Refunds for one-time SEO services are not provided, as significant time and resources are committed upfront. Adjustments or revisions to meet specific needs will be offered if the deliverables don’t align with the agreed strategy.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- Services already rendered or fully completed.
- Cases where the client changes their mind after the service is underway.
- Lack of results within the first few weeks for services like SEO or ad campaigns, as these services take time to yield measurable outcomes.
5. How Refunds Are Processed
